Cheryl's business journey started as an owner of a successful hair salon on Long Island, NY. She also invested in real estate along with her husband, Mike as they bought, rented, renovated and sold several properties together.

Her life took a turn 19 years ago when she relocated to Tampa, FL with her husband, two sons and a rescue dog. Driven to excel in real estate, she became a certified residential appraiser and established her own appraisal company, as well as acquiring her sales license.

Her unique blend of expertise as a business owner, investor, appraiser and Realtor is what sets her apart in real estate. When not helping clients with their own real estate journey and navigating the everchanging real estate market, you might find her at a beautiful beach in Sarasota, where she recently moved to.
