In 2017, Cynthia and her husband made a life-changing decision, trading the cold shores of Grand Rapids, Michigan, for the sunny climate of Anna Maria Island, Florida. Simultaneously, Cynthia embarked on a new journey, bidding farewell to her conventional nine-to-five corporate job to pursue her true passion – real estate.

With a robust background in sales and a notable achievement as an internationally published creative writer, Cynthia has a wealth of experience in nurturing trust-based relationships with her clients. To her, these relationships extend beyond just buyers and sellers, including fellow realtors and vendors. She firmly believes that strong connections are instrumental in the negotiation process and can impact the overall success of
a deal.

With her three children having grown up and established their lives in Michigan and Orlando, Cynthia now enjoys quality time with her husband, often spent on the water as he operates catamaran boat charters on Sarasota Bay. Additionally, she cherishes her bonds with close friends and siblings, valuing the moments they share – unless she’s whizzing around the neighbourhood on her electric scooter or briskly power-walking.

Through active community involvement, the practice of her faith, and the pursuit of her beloved profession, Cynthia not only serves her clients but also forges lasting friendships, exemplifying her commitment to both her work and her community.
